30 days, no questions
Write to contact@maste.ro within 30 days of any payment — the yearly licence, its renewal, or the lifetime licence — and we refund it in full, without asking why. Include the invoice number from your receipt, or the e-mail address you paid with.
How the refund is paid
Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd, our merchant of record. The refund goes back to the card or account you paid with, usually within 5–10 working days depending on your bank.
Cancelling a subscription
You can cancel the yearly subscription at any time from the link in your Paddle receipt or by writing to us. Nothing is charged afterwards, and the paid features stay on until the end of the year you already paid for.
Lifetime licence
If we withdraw the add-on within two years of your lifetime purchase, we refund the lifetime payment.
