1. The agreement
These terms are between you and the operator of maste.ro ("we", "us"), and they
apply when you install or use the Google Docs add-on "Find & Replace with Formatting" (the
"add-on"). Installing it means you accept them. If you do not, uninstall it.
2. The licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the add-on. You may not resell it, redistribute it, or attempt to extract and reuse its code. The add-on remains ours.
3. Free and paid

If we raise the price, your price does not change for as long as your subscription stays active. A price increase applies only to new subscriptions.
4. Payment, renewal, cancellation
Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd, which is the merchant of record and the seller of the licence. Paddle's own terms apply to the transaction, and your receipt and invoice come from them.
The subscription renews once a year until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the link in your Paddle receipt or by writing to us; the paid features stay available until the end of the period you already paid for, and nothing is charged afterwards.
5. Refunds
Write to contact@maste.ro within 30 days of a payment and we refund it, without asking why. This is deliberately wider than the law requires, because the free tier exists precisely so you can find out whether the tool works before paying. Consumer rights under EU law are not reduced by anything in this document.
6. What the add-on does to your documents
It changes documents only when you press the button that says it will, after showing you every match it intends to change. The undo function reverses a run. Even so, the responsibility for your documents is yours: Google Docs keeps a full version history, and we recommend relying on it for anything important.
Very large runs are a known limit: above roughly 2.000 replacements in a single run the undo journal no longer fits, and the add-on tells you so before it starts, so you can split the work or rely on version history instead.
7. Availability
The add-on runs on Google Apps Script. If Google changes its platform, its quotas or its policies, features may stop working, and we may have to change or withdraw the add-on. We will say so on this site. There is no uptime guarantee.
8. Support
One channel: contact@maste.ro. We answer within 48 hours, even when the answer is that we are still looking into it.
9. Liability
The add-on is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including for death, personal injury, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights.
10. Ending it
You can stop at any time by uninstalling the add-on. We may end this agreement if the add-on is used to break the law or to abuse Google's platform. If we withdraw the add-on entirely while you have paid time remaining, we refund that remaining time.
11. Law
Romanian law applies, and the courts of Romania have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer elsewhere in the EU, this does not deprive you of the protection of your own country's mandatory consumer rules.
